Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Managing project timelines, resources and budgets to achieve set objectives.
• Monitoring progress, tracking milestones and addressing issues or delays proactively.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Complete project handover to the client, including ensuring the delivery of as-built documentation and compliance with contractual conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Having min. 10 years or more experience on Construction Project across Industrial, Commercial or Residential Sectors.
• Having strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
• Able to use design/drawing software and Computer skills (Auto CAD, Revit, Ms Office, etc.).
• Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willing to be placed on The Entire Operational Area of PT. Kajima Indonesia.

Responsibility:

• Prepare precise shop drawings for structural and architectural elements in line with project specifications and standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of 3D models for design and construction purposes.
• Ensure shop drawings and 3D models comply with design requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with vendor and MEP Team to implement design solutions.
• Monitor drawing progress and maintain proper documentation and revision control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Able to use design software and Computer skills (Auto CAD, Revit, Archi CAD, MS Office, etc.)
• Min. 5 years or more experience in general contractor/sub-contractor/consultant.
• Having design experience for Industrial Building and Industrial Project is a plus.
• Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)

Responsibility:

• Designing and calculating M&E system.
• Join and coordinate meetings with clients for design requirements.
• Coordinate and review design drawings from subcontractors.
• Prepare and handle government permission.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Having calculations skills and reading design drawings in MEP scope of work.

Responsibility :

• Assisting the Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements and financial audits.
• Coordinate with external parties such as Bank, Auditor, Vendor, Client to ensure compliance and effective business operations.
• Check & review vendor payment and other accounting disbursements for accuracy & compliance.
• Prepare, Review & Submit monthly & annual tax returns.
• Perform tax calculations, reconciliations & fiscal adjustment report between accounting record & tax report.
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation preparation & coordination with consultant.
• Coordinate with regional or overseas entities on intercompany transactions & tax reporting matters.
• Handle tax audits, tax assessments, objections & correspondence with DJP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Min. 5 years or more experience in Mutinational Construction Company.
• Familiar with Accounting ERP System (SunSystems, etc.) and Computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
• Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A & B) is an advantage.

Responsibility:

• Create architectural designs using 2D drawings and 3D BIM modelling software.
• Prepare and maintain architectural drawings and design documents according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP team to ensure the design works well together.
• Implement Project Design Program, Authorities’ Submission Schedule and Completion Certificate Inspection Schedule for each project.
• Review and check design work from external consultants to ensure it meets project standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture
• Able to use BIM/Design software and Computer skills (Auto CAD, SketchUp, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office, etc.)
• Min. 2 years or more experience in BIM modeling.
• Min. 3 years or more experience in general contractor/sub-contractor.

Responsibility : 

• Support the Project Manager in the specialized area of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) scope of works. 
• Coordinate M&E activities with internal departments, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project implementation. 
• Monitor and manage M&E work schedules, manpower allocation, and subcontractor priorities at the project site to achieve project targets and deadlines. 
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for M&E activities. 
• Prepare in cost estimation, budgeting, and preparation of Variation Order (VO) for M&E works. 
• Identify project issues and provide practical solutions to support smooth construction operations. 
• Ensure all M&E work comply with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and Company standards. 

Qualifications :
